Pus WBC increase

My mother has pus in her molar which has cavity. Did this cause an increase in WBC count in CBC? Or some other reason.

How do we know what all Medical problems your mother has? Yes, an infected molar tooth can cause a rise in WBC . Mind you, it is you who started all this discussion by asking an illogical question.
