I have a pus filled pimple kinda thing on my lower lip for a week now. The surface around it is too red. It doesn't hurt now. It used to hurt in past. Yesterday I bursted it, it felt good. But today in the morning I saw that a little lump of pus appeared at the same spot. How do I get rid of it? I am taking valnext 1000 MG for 3 days to get rid of it, as I have HSV 1, I thought it's because of that. But it has been more than a week and usually it helps me get rid of mouth ulcer in a day. Please help
