Pus in stitches area

Hello docs I have attached an image surgical site. I had done c section on 5 feb. Stitches were removed after 10 days. But after that some pain was increasing from one stitches. But for past three days there is yellowish like pus and one pus forming sweling near the area. I have been takin rapiclav 625 and zeradol. Can you suggest medicine treatment for that. And next procedure. Thank you..
