Pua filled wound in mouth , cut after while chewing , it's not curing even after taking antibiotics , I accidentally bitting again and again

Usually could see ulcers without any pus..here as u said pus is there..

Make paste of yashtimadhu churnam and apply over the part. Triphala kashayam mouth gargle 3times a day. Khadiradivati 2bd. Stomatab 1 tid Take all these for a week

You can use triphala in kashaya form for gurgling. It will clean the wound. For further suggestions i need to know where exactly the wound is found.
