Pus filled pimple after ear piercing

Hello dr, my baby is 1 year old. He has developed pus filled pimple 1 month after ear piercing as attaching image below and iam cleaning it with saline solution. But no improvement and should I apply any ointment for it plz suggest.

Apply t - bact ointment thrice daily for 3 days .

better to remove ear ring from place and allow it to heal with local antibiotic creams warm compress twice a day may help her to relive pain
