Augmentine duo625 three times a day after food for ten.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 7 days.  Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR ten days. Continue chymoral Tab montek lc one at night for 7 days.  Continue  Seitz bath. Reconsul treating  doctor.

It could be surgical site infection. Get a pus culture done. Take antibiotics according to the report. Continue sitz bath with betedine.

Take high-fiber diet, plenty of water, and stool softeners if needed. What to monitor: If discharge becomes foul smelling or thick pus. Increasing pain, swelling, or redness near the wound. Fever or bleeding. Medicines: Since it’s already 15 days, please review once with your operating surgeon. Sometimes short course of antibiotics or wound cleaning is required. Avoid self-medicating. When to consult urgently: Severe pain not relieved by medicines Heavy bleeding per rectum High fever with chills If symptoms persist or worsen, kindly visit your surgeon for proper evaluation.
