Hello doctor, i had small accident in last week and due to that I got deep injury on my left knee. I also went to doctor and did dressing thrice but still the wound is paining so bad and from last 3-4 days pus is coming out of that wound and it's paining so bad. I've applied cream on it then also washed it using dettol many time but still condition is the same. So kindly help me to get rid of it asap.see the attached picture. Thank you in advance.
