But if you continue to smoke you will remain at a high risk of a heart attack, since even healthy individuals have some amount of atherosclerosis in their coronary arteries and smoking predisposes to their rupture/erosion leading to clot formation and a heart attack. So, the one best treatment for you would be to stop smoking.
