Pulsatile Tinnitus

My mother has been hearing whooshing sound in her left year which is rhythmic to her pulse for over 2 months now. She earlier had allergy and was treated for the same. However it had no impact on her tinnitus. She also got a hearing test done which showed age related hearing loss but nothing that was serious ( as mentioned by the doctor) She can hear this sound 24/7 and this gets louder when she is alone. She also is issues with BP and is Pre diabetic. Because of the sound she is unable to sleep and night and also had major health related anxiety. Doctors are saying that this can be due to miscellaneous causes. Please guide what could this possibly be? Because of the

As you are saying it's having connection with her pulse it means it's a pulsatile tinnitus. And here tinnitus retraining therapy has no role. She needs to get her MR ANGIOGRAM AND MR VENOGRAM done to check any intracranial abnormal vessel.
