Operation is possible for the same or not I taking Assurans 20 mg ,Dytor plus 20mg still no relief having severe breathing problem and it's from 2017 Jan. Kindly let me know because I am 33 know and sitting in home no business or money to earn Regards, Vinay singh

Your severity of PAH needs to be assessed before surgery. If it's mild to moderate you will not have major issues with surgery. Again the nature of surgery also has to be discussed
