Pulling like feeling in C section Stitch

I am feeling like something pulling from under at my c section Stitch and scar when I'm holding pee or waking up from bed and I can't feel the urge of urination after 18 days of C section delivery.There is no abnormal thing in my Please help me.

The pulling sensation is normal Healing occurs by fibrosis so that could be the reason for the stretch You need to be examined if you can't feel the Urge to urinate

Do Kiegels exercises. Get urine routine and culture test done. Dragging sensation due to wound healing is normal. It will get better.
