When in normal size the penis is then foreskin can be pulled back but when erection happens and then pulling back hurts and it does not go back it becomes tight round the head. How to get it checked? What examination a doctor will perform for it ? What tests ?

Tight foreskin during erection could be due to phimosis.Only Way to check is to consult with a general surgeon or urologist for a clinical examination to determine the extent of tightness.
