I have been experiencing puffy eyes since two weeks occassionally in both eyes. but my left eye is paining.

It is dermatitis of skin of both eyes. Do not apply water, do not keep eyes wet. Wipe softly. Apply eye ointment neosporin two times a day into eyes and on eyelids. Apply coconut oil on skin in between. Meanwhile show to nearby ophthalmologist or dermatologist so that they can advice oral antibiotics like doxycycline to u.
