I am 19 years old college student. I am having a severe anxiety about what could happen in my next and first presentation in front of other students. I’ve searched around the internet to find a solution, but i Couldn’t find anything that can help me except a medical drug but i am not sure if it’s safe for me to take it or not, it’s called Benzodiazepines. I would appreciate it if you could help me. Thanks
