I need cognitive behavioral therapy. Whom do I need to consult, a psychiatrist or a psychologist ? Kindly help me. Thank you.

Why u need a VBT? Who has told u or how did u know that u require one??? If it is a day to day confusion and absence of clarity a psychologist is the one whom u require to meet. Consult a counsellor in ur city.
