Hi!! I have psoriasis and i am taking medication from Ayurveda from last 2 yrs. Medicines are not actually working on me. I am thinking to take fishoil capsules and vitamin A. Can i have them? Can you pls tell the best time to take them

sometimes in psoriasis , Medicine work slow and dont show effect, in such conditions we get panchakarma detoxification done for the patients, fishoil as per ayurveda is not skin friendly, so not recommended and vit a has role in eyes more than skin so that should not be your best prescription
