As per doctor advice the PSA test was done for my brother (Age 68) on March '2021 & the test results 8.4 previous test results 3.54 (done on Feb '2020 ). Kindly advice

Please do Urine analysis and culture. Also visit local urologist for DRExamination of prostate. Mostly it’s because if some urine/prostate infection.
