There's no issue in stopping tramadol abruptly, you can stop it and use it on SOS, that is only when you have unbearable pain at the fracture site

Since you have been taking tramadol (Ramset-D) regularly for 3–4 weeks, its better not to stop it abruptly, even though your dose is relatively low. while many people tolerate stopping without issues, some can develop withdrawal symptoms like restlessness, anxiety, sweating, body aches, or sleep disturbance. a short taper is safer: you can reduce to once daily for 2–3 days, then stop. as you’ve already skipped a morning dose and feel fine, that’s reassuring—but continue to monitor yourself for the next 24–48 hours. if pain is mild, you can switch to paracetamol as needed. If you develop withdrawal symptoms or pain increases significantly, restart a lower dose and taper more gradually. Once your surgeon returns, do inform them, but from a safety point of view, a brief taper is sufficient in your case.

If you feel unbearable pain so that time I should start, otherwise there is no need to take this medicine
