I have this protruding bone-like structure from yesterday. I was standing most of the time and doing household work and suddenly I saw this. It was not there before. No pain is there. Can someone suggest what exactly it is? Should I be concerned?

Next Steps
in case of new  Hard swelling , get xray ankle ap and  lateral view just to confirm
