I am on Catheter for last one month. My first doctor asked me not to take any prostrate medicine. But recently another doctor recommended Urimax D. Is it ok to take?

Urimax-D is for prostate. You can take but do get an ultrasound to know the size of your prostate gland so that one can decide whether you need Urimax or Urimax D as Urimax D is usually given when prostate size is too big.
