Hope you are talking about bladder cancer which is not invading into the muscle . TUBRT done and now on maintenance BCG . The treatment of recurrence will be same TURBT , then based on the grade and extend to disease we have to take decision on how to proceed . If muscle invasive or if resistant treatment , or extensive in situ disease we may have consider other modality of treatment including removal of bladder . At present keep on regular follow up as advised . Cystoscopy should be done on 3 , 6, 12 months with imaging (CT or MRI ) - for the first year .
