Tam attaching my father's us abdomen report which was done as a part of routine health check up. His blood work is fine. USG abdomen shows mildly hypochoic enlarged prostate gland. He doesn't have any symptoms. Is it something to worry about? He is 60 years old.

There are drugs which can help reduce the size of tbe prostate.it may prevent or delay future symptoms( as ultimately it will progress) I think you already tested for psa based on a similar question posted by you. Advice is still the same......consult a urologist once
