This is about my dad. 7 years ago he was diagnosed w prostate cancer. He had his prostate removed. Still a psa of .1 was present. He went thru radiation, and still had a psa. For the past 5 years he's maintained a psa between 3and 5. 6 months ago it was 7.3, today it's 13. My question is at what psa do the cancer cells spread to the bone? And once in the bone will radiation work?

You said he already had radiation. If it was given earlier it cant be given to the same area again. Rising PSA is important and should be investigated properly for correct treatment.
