My father PSA level was 560 after we got ultrasound , MRI and PSMA Pet CT , reports are attached kindly suggest Best treatment Plan we can Follow . Thanks in Advance

It's metastatic prostrate cancer Best treatment plan is Bilateral orchidectomy surgery( both testis removal) followed by oral therapy with new antiandrogen related drugs like enzalutamide. Later docetaxel based chemotherapy if any progression

Needs biopsy from prostate... Looking like  advanced carcinoma prostate with spread to bones and nodes Needs androgen deprivation therapy which can be with surgical removal of testis or medically with an injection named gnrh analog or antagonist.. May require palliative radiation to bone based on extent of bone destruction or pain
