What are the pros and cons of surgical tooth extraction. in extrane case, what are severe consequences after tooth extraction?

It depends on the level of impacted tooth.. not all the cases have complications .. if indicated the tooth has to go in for surgical extraction to prevent complications of the impacted tooth like pericoronitis or dentoalveolar abscess.. it all depends on the level of impaction
