Please check the X-ray report that I have attached with this question and suggest what I should do. Is it a matter of concern? Dry cough for the past 1 to 1.5 years. It sometimes gets better but then returns again. Shortness of breath / difficulty taking a full breath. I sometimes experience a feeling of heaviness in the chest.
