Hi Doctor, I had Intraheptic cholestasis of pregnancy and delivered a baby on 7th March 2023. I tested my lft recently as I was experiencing itching, levels came as following- 1. AST- 58 2. ALT- 86 3. GGT- 80 4.ALP- 250 Rest all parameters are normal. My doctor further ordered ANA, ASMA, AMA, ceruplasmin, Hepatitis A,B,C test.. all came negative. I had ultrasound which shows Grade 1 fatty liver. I am taking - Evion 400 mg - twice a day Udiliv 300 mg - once a day Liv 52 DS- twice a day one tablet I am experiencing mild itching occasionally, else I have no symptoms. My doctor has no concrete answer for my elevated enzymes. He told sometime it takes time for body to settle down post pregnancy. Could you please advise of the line of treatment is correct? Should any other medicine needs to be added? Thanks in advance

Grade 1 fatty liver takes time to recover.you need to consider a plant based diet and exercise, especially if you are overweight.no medicines are usually indicated.
