Prolactin test 80 ng/ml

I have irregular periods and i took prolactin test and my test result i got prolactin as 80 ng/dl. I got the test as soon as i wake around 7:00am in morning. Please help me is this something very serious. My thyroid level and AMH level is normal.

Raised prolactin can be seen in some physiological conditions like stress, exercise, nipple stimulation..once repeat the test.  If it still raised u need treatment
