Hi Doctor, would like to enquire if Prolactin level 58.08 will be a problem for a women to get pregnant? Also 42 million/ml sperm concentration is normal for a male or need more?pus cells are 2-3

Hi there, Prolactin level is high.. That can cause problems in conceiving. Take treatment for this.

Take Tablet Cabergolin 0.25 mg twice a week for 6 weeks

Prolactin levels < 25 are considered normal. U need medication to decrease it! semen analysis is ok!
