My prolactin level is 25.03 and i am trying to conceive but it is getting difficulty. My periods are regular. Is it due to prolactin level? And if it is so then what are the natural ways to reduce prolactin level?

It's high normal only... Nothing to worry... Levels depend upon so many things like- timing of sampling and meals - it should be early morning empty stomach sample Sleep, stress, chest or breast stimulation before sampling etc... Get a repeat test Get yourself investigated for other causes of infertility.
