Hi Doctor me and my husband are truing to conceive naturally i was advised to take krimson 35 for 21 days and then i got my periods on 29 november. I had mid cycle spotting on 13 december then had fluids coming out of my nipples for which when tested i had 71.8 prolactin level my tsh and beta hcg came normal in tests. I took tab blong , and cabgolin(twice weekly) as advised and also taking fertisure F. Today out of curiosity i tested for prolactin it came back as 1.18 how so vast diff arrived and what does this mean for me trying to conceive naturally. My husbands sperm count came around 18 ml but during the sample major sample fell on the floor. Also after sex i immediately get sperm coming out of my vagina in good amount. Recently started facing little pain in left and right side during sex also. Please advise as i am desperate for the pregnancy.

Since were on a medication that is a reason why the prolactin levels normalised Pain during intercourse could be because of an unlubricated act Try being well lubricated Sperm will definitely come out of the vagina because a single time ejaculate is much more than the uterine capacity
