Hello doctor i am 21 weeks pregnant i have anterior high placenta but i had 2-3 ml bleeding per vaginum 4 days back at night so i visited a government hospital in emergency . Sonography suggested posterior marginal haemorrhage of size 20X5 mm. But they injected oil based progesterone injection at that time , and the injection site is still very inflamed painful and hard even after 4 days. I am applying sumag ointment and also doing cold compressions with icepack, even i am unable to move my leg so i have to take paracetamol tds also. Amoxi clav so that it won't convert into an abcess. But it is not getting better. What else i can do?
