Hii sir, 6 years back i met with an accident, a hairline crack occured in my shoulder joint at that time it was cured with medicines and hand band. from last month am getting some pain at that place.

It might be due to adhesions post immobilization...You should continue with hot fomentation and exercises under professional supervision.
