Hi, i am having these extreme sleep paralysis episodes. They are getting worse day by day upto the point that i can't differentiate between dream and reality anymore. I usually get 8 hours of sleep a day but once in a while these sleep paralysis episodes wake me up panicking and out of breath. And when they occur they happen 3-4 times in a row. What should i do, is there any medication?
It's a sleep disturbance.. need to modify your lifestyle, Daily exercise, walking , Running, avoid any caffine induced food after 6 pm and avoid smoking , avoid scree time at night
Inc in sleep paralysis might be to do stress or many times happen in anxious person.
You need to consult psychiatrist for further evaluation and management
