As per ultrasound there is 3 tumor in uterus in which 1 is big n other 2 is small. Is there us any good doctors who operate its very well n save the uterus for future. There is no any pain or bleeding happen but due to this last month miscarriage happen. Is there us any way that it is cured by only medicine. Please help
