Insomnia ( sleep disorder) could occur due to various conditions which need to be ruled out. Consulting a psychiatrist and discussing your issues would help to understand the cause of your sleep problems better.
In the meantime maintain sleep hygiene which means going to bed regularly at the same time every night. No caffeinated drinks, no smoking, no use of any electronic gadgets viz. mobiles, laptop, t.v. etc.
Have a hot bath, drink hot milk , listen to some soothing instrumental music and deep breathing could help you sleep.
