Being sleepless or living with decreased quantity or quality of sleep can affect the quality of life.
A few tips may be of help to you:
Make sure you’re physically active atleast for 3-4 hours per day. Texting or using the computers doesn’t count.
Stay away from all electrical gadgets after 9pm. They all emit blue rays that can mess with circadian rhythms and cause insomnia.
Avoid having heavy meals post 8 pm
Try having a warm shower before going to bed
Try apps like calm, breethe (that has sleep inducing music) during bed time
Ofc, yoga, meditation and pranayama can definitely be tried.
If nothing works, stay awake for 24 hours and fall asleep early one day to reset your biological clock.
