Sir, good evening, problem in my left leg when I'm site around 20mint without moving and when moving leg then knee backside vein pain and no pain after some time moving so please suggest or treatment process.

Do not take any particular position for long. Change position every few minutes Also, couple of leg stretching everyday will help a lot
