I want to know what is difference between spherical and cylindrical power of eye. I got number of -0.25 spherical and -0.75 cylindrical in both eyes. How much dangerous it is? And which is dangerous spherical or cylindrical. How can I cure this ?

Spherical is the part of a sphere whereas the cylindrical number is the part of a cylinder. You must use the specs regularly. It's not a serious problem.
