Problem in concentration n understanding

Difficulty in concentration,memorizing,understanding things,confusion,anger,low intrest in doing any work.Feeling my IQ is getting lower and lower day by day. Ihave to repeat the same things for 2 to 3 times still then i am not able to understnd thing properly. I am getting aggressive on little things due to which my family is getting affected.
