Hi doc its been 2 month since my c section. My baby is taking breast feed and formula milk both. Can I continue taking Pro Pl Lite powder ? Will it cause weight gain to me?

It will lead to weight gain. During lactation you should take Iron, Folic acid and Calcium supplements. You need not take Protein powder. You can take a protein rich diet otherwise.
