It may take around 3 to 6 months for the vision to fully improve. Make sure to use the eyedrops as prescribed. Especially, how to reduce the steroid drops and how to continue the lubricant drops

PRK is a surface ablation technique of laser vision correction. You would start seeing well within 3 - 4 days once the epithelial layer grows, however there are visual fluctuations after PRK, and it could take 12 weeks for these to stabilize, and for you to get your maximum visual potential, that is 6/6.
