Private part infection

Since few days I am suffering from fungal infection in private part..After applying ointment it was all gone but since few days some small small red bumps are growing and there is burning sensation, itching..what kind of medicine I should use to get out from these problems.

It can be cleared...Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
