Pressed nipples at 22 weeks

I did not know you should not press nipples during pregnancy. I pressed yesterday while bathing and very light fluid came now today after 24 hrs it started discharging in between . What to do and is my baby at risk now ?

If its milk like fluid then its normal in pregnancy
