I'm having following symptoms as attached. I'm on medications only for throat congestion (sucrafil & folic acid 5mg) and anal fissures (cremagel & cremadiet+). For the rest what to do? What should be my next step? Can I delay treatment?

Avoid chillies, spicy food and garam masala. Drink cold milk and milk products. You can take tablet Pantokind DSR half an hour before lunch. You can take tablet Dygene two tablets to be taken one hour after food. You can take tablet Cefran OZ one tablet twice daily for seven to ten days. Drink a glass of cold milk at bedtime

I think you need to get yourself physical examined by doctor and if required then blood testing and imaging. Self medication can be harmful sometimes.
Next Steps
you need thorough evaluation

Its always better to get treated before an impact happens. As you have all these symptoms it better to consult a physician. Need to investigate.
