One of my bottom right premolar has broken and half has come out and half is intact, I want to know what would be the best solution which would last long and should be comfortable. Dental implant or bridge fixing? Also the price breakup of the two. Thank you!

In ur case RCT followed by crown would do. Cost of RCT 2k-5k. Crown 2k-15k. Implant will cost u anywhere between 25k-45k.

If you have pain in premolar tooth.you go for root canal treatment.then after build the tooth place the crown.if you have no pain in premolar normal tooth colour filling is sufficient. There is no need for dental implant for this case.

First Root canal treatment than post and core crown work will do and if its not possible than go for immediate extraction and immediate implant insertion and loading (tooth in a day) procedure.
