WHEN EVER I THINK ABOUT SEXUAL THING MY PENIS STARTS LEAKING SPERMS i tried to do sex three months before but before sex it ejaculate i got proper erection but i afraid i will loose sperm before do any sexual activity and my sperm quslity is too low very thin i got erection but when i tried to do sex it become loose and ejaculate self
