From the last few days ...regularly mesaured my basal body temperture...in morning when i get up...and its kind of increasing...from 10/11/2018 it was 96.6 then on the next day it went 97.1 then on 12 /11/2018 it was 97.4 and tody it went to 97.9... From the few days i m having back pain and cramps ...feel like vomiting...is all that a sign of pregnant or pms...my next peruod date is around 15/16...am i pregnant...

Hello you should wait for periods then after 7days go for pregnancy test.

Basal body temperature record is not standard method to know pregnancy.. Such symptoms not associated with pregnancy Don't worry Do urine pregnancy test if u missed period..

Basal body temperature measurements are very crude method and very false rate... Preg doesn't comes up with symptoms specifically.. So keep patience do urine pregnancy test once you miss period that is around 20..
