Pregnant and swallowed sharp object

33 week pregnant. I was cleaning sewing needles and having a feeling out of anxiety that I might have swallowed one needle. Growth and Doppler scan is fine. Been more than 48 hours to this incident. Can you say that swallowing needles symptoms? Just have sore throat, earache and post nasal drip from sinus.
