Taking insulin and tablet from 3 days and fbs 130, ppbs 165 today.. Worried that it is not reducing.. Suggest

Hello it's been 3 days that u started trtmnt. It takes time to titrate the dose.sugars are definitely high.u can start mixtard 4 units before breakfast and check ur sugars next-day.
